An opinion piece by columnist Catherine Rampell posted in today's New York Times reiterates what I have been saying for the past decade. The Republican Party has lost its way.

Trump is an idiot

Not that you needed any more proof that Donald Trump is an idiot--unless of course, you too are an idiot--but he certainly delivered it, yet again.

Don't count on a full-scale retreat, but it seems some Republican legislators are coming to their senses.
